Company History Dual Architectural Aluminium Systems Then and now!
	Established in July 1998 Dual currently employs over 20 direct staff and up to 8 indirect sub-contract installers.
	We have steadily increased our turnover to become a £2m+ business and there are no signs of it stopping there!

In September 2004 we moved to our new purpose built factory and offices near Fareham in Hampshire, simultaneously investing in advanced CAD design, fabrication, installation, glazing and management capability. By October 2005, we had taken delivery of the very latest CNC machining technology to prepare all materials for our ‘fit for purpose’ fitting and assembly processes. This is linked to a computer operated saw bar-code facility and our central company management software package to increase productivity and improve product quality. With ongoing investment in machinery and software we are confident that we will continue to offer a product of the highest quality that, coupled with our experienced and professional contract management services will ensure that we continue to delight our customers. Our contract management, site supervisors and installers are all CSCS registered and, in addition, our site installers have attended work based CWCT and IPAF powered access equipment training. As part of our on-going commitment to Health and Safety, we have engaged a leading H&S consultant to act as our safety advisor.

Geography knows no bounds!

Although we are Hampshire based we have worked as far a field as Weston-Super-Mare, Oxford, Plymouth, Stroud, Canvey Island and Yeovil. It goes without saying, then, that the geographical location of any project will pose no managerial or logistical problem.

Since the end of 2004 we have actively targeted new business in new geographical regions as we gather momentum in the next phase of our growth and development. This has proved successful with recent orders from Henry Jones, Mowlem (Carillion), Leadbitter, Rok and Kingerlee.

Locally we have worked for many of the regions main contractors including ian Williams, Brymor, Dean and Dybal, Mansell, Southampton City Council and several Bluestone offices. We are justifiably proud of the fact that repeat contracts from these and similar companies form a major proportion of our base business.

Systems Capability

Our main systems offering includes Senior, Technal, Sapa, Schuco and Smarts and within these suites we produce two types of curtain walling systems (stick and ladder forms), a full range of windows, shop-front screens, commercial pivot and rebated doors and roof glazing bars.

To supplement our main window, curtain wall and door capability we also provide steelwork frames for glazing and canopy supports, automatic door and window operating gear and pressed metalwork and panels. We now also provide the glass, special fittings, machinery and labour to carry out bolted glass assemblies and canopies.
